Bug#841168: libqhull-dev: Has /usr/include/libqhull_r headers, but no libqhull_r.so

Hi Barak,

the PCL project would like to use the qhull_r version [1], so I had a 
quick look at it and pushed a patch to git [2] to include it. If you are 
ok with it, I would upload the new package as well. As it needs to go 
through new, I would like to do this soon. So if you don't replay within 
the next 10 days, I would assume your are fine with the changes and 
proceed. If you don't agree with the patch, please write me and I will 
revert the commit and leave the package as is.
