Nobuhiro reported (in a message not CCed to you, see
https://bugs.debian.org/763838#20) that this might rather be a kernel
issue.
Nonetheless, now Debian sid has OpenCV 3.2 which contains quite many
changes compared to 2.4.9.
Can you please test again and report back?
