Bug#879052: v-sim: please drop unused python-gobject-dev build-dependency

Hi,

v-sim is using gobject introspection for the python bindings, thus the
old python-gobject-dev build-dependency is not needed. The python-gi-dev
package provides the gobject introspection python support.

Please drop python-gobject-dev from build-depends. It's obsolete and a
transitional package and I will remove it soon.
