The mipsel build of plplot 5.13 failed because one ocaml test crashed
and another encountered a (generous) timeout, presumably due to
hanging or spinning.  I don't have details beyond

but perhaps you can reproduce this misbehavior on a porter box.  Could
you please take a look?
