Description: Don't keep BLASLIBDIRS as "null"
 The linker already knows where to find the libraries,
 so AC_HYPRE_FIND_BLAS not finding then is not a problem.
 .
 But keeping BLASLIBDIRS="null" was a problem,
 since this passed the string "null" to the compiler.
