Bug#905842: please consider uploading eigen3 3.3.5

I tried to build TensorFlow with the eigen3 library shipped by system
instead of a downloaded one during build time but it failed.

TensorFlow upstream uses the fd6845384b86 (2018-06-22) commit currently.

The previous commit the TensorFlow used is e5e305a158a0 (2018-06-21),
which seems to be included in the 3.3.5 release.

So I'd suggest that upload the 3.3.5 version with the above ppc64el fix.
