Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'testing'.
It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

The versioned contraint (<< 0.9.6-2) is expecting that an upload
of ucto 0.9.6-2 will remove the files from libucto2 that are
shipped currently in both uctodata and libucto2:

  usr/share/ucto/e-mail.rule
  usr/share/ucto/smiley.rule
  usr/share/ucto/standard-eos.eos
  usr/share/ucto/standard-quotes.quote
  usr/share/ucto/tokconfig-generic
  usr/share/ucto/url.rule
