Segyio 1.8.0 new upstream release

Ok, so the build failed on big-endian machines. I found an error in our makefiles, and I've published a fix in the 1.8.2 upstream release.

Since 1.8.1 was uploaded built (on some archs) I presume this is a new changelog entry, right?
