On plummer (ppc64el porterbox) "dpkg-buildpackage -J100 -B"
failed immediately while "dpkg-buildpackage -J1 -B"
succeeded.

Please disable parallel building by passing --no-parallel
to dh as long as the build does not work properly with
parallel building.
