Dear Maintainer,

On startup, FreeCAD shows little except a grey screen and a menu bar. It
doesn't look anything like https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/File:Startcenter.jpg
as advertised by https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Getting_started.

It also displays the error message "No module named WebGui"; I've
reported the two symptoms in the same report on the assumption that the
start centre is dependent on WebGui.
