For some reason singular and sagemath rebuilds have been scheduled before flint's rebuilds completed, so they are failing due to pulling in both libnt27 (via the old flint) and libntl35 (via the rebuilt flint). I've noted this on the bug report. Hopefully the release team will fix this by themselves.
