Bug#888540: mclibs: Missing patches due to incomplete quilt conversion?

Hi,

You are using source format "3.0 (quilt)" but have a bunch of
dpatch patches in debian/patches along with a 00list instead
of a "series" file. 

Are the patches being applied? :)
