Hi

This upload drops the required GCC5 ABI transition marker "v5" from the library
names without detailing why.  The package name libcoin80 was already used
before this ABI transition happened, so this describes now an incompatible ABI.
Such ABI markers can only be dropped if the ABI name changes.  See
https://wiki.debian.org/GCC5 for further information.
