Package: python-catkin-pkg
Version: 0.4.3-5
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package uninstallable, so it should show up in apt-listbugs

Hi,

python-catkin-pkg 0.4.3-1 doesn't declare conflicts or breaks on catkin 0.7.12-2, but they can't be installed together, and catkin 0.7.12-2 depends on python-catkin-pkg.

    Unpacking python-catkin-pkg (0.4.3-1) over (0.4.2-3) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/python-catkin-pkg_0.4.3-1_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/catkin_package_version', which is also in package catkin 0.7.12-2
    Errors were encountered while processing:
     /var/cache/apt/archives/python-catkin-pkg_0.4.3-1_all.deb

    Versions of packages installed:
    ii catkin 0.7.12-2
    ii python-catkin-pkg 0.4.2-3

I assume this is waiting for catkin 0.7.13 to be packaged, but please declare the versioned dependency.

Thanks,
Steve
