Package: gnuplot
Version: 5.2.2+dfsg1-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

I am expiriencing crashes in gnuplot with some new features. I never
really had much crashes in gnuplot over last 15 years, but this
particular script is using 'while (1) { ... replot ; sleep 60 }' and
'do for ... { }' constructs, which I never used before, and well it
rashes now regularaly.

1) Gdk:ERROR:/build/gtk+2.0-HRGxbf/gtk+2.0-2.24.32/gdk/gdkregion-generic.c:564:miIntersectO: assertion failed: (pReg->numRects <= pReg->size)
Aborted.

2) ./plot.gnuplot
Segmentation fault.

3) Gdk:ERROR:/build/gtk+2.0-HRGxbf/gtk+2.0-2.24.32/gdk/gdkregion-generic.c:337:miSetExtents: assertion failed: (pExtents->y1 < pExtents->y2)
Aborted

4) ./plot2.gnuplot
corrupted double-linked list
Aborted

5) ./plot.gnuplot plus resizing the wx window during plot or after...
Segmentation fault.

It is some kind of memory corruption, and errors looks in different
places, but having debug symbols for gdb would help a lot. I am able to
trigger these errors very quickly just by pressing 'Replot' button in wx
window.

Anyhow, the bug is about providing debug symbols, to use with gdb.

Thanks.
