Some scientific packages are looking for new maintainers

I'm interested in helping to maintain this, as it's part of the FreeCAD world 
by way of FC's CFD Workbench. It looks like there's also the work of packaging 
OpenFOAM 5 to be done, as well. Unfortunately (IMO) they use a bit of a 
strange git repository scheme, making new repos e.g. [1] instead of branches.
