Dear Maintainer,

Tcl/Tk 8.5 is planned to be removed from Debian before the buster's release,
so please, switch to the newer Tcl/Tk. I'd like to propose a very short patch
for that (just replace tcl8.5-dev, tk8.5-dev by tcl-dev, tk-dev in build
dependencies), and could do NMU if it's appropriate.
