3depict cannot satisfy its cross Build-Depends, because its transitive
dependency on libmgl-data is unsatisfiable. In general, Architecture:
all packages can never satisfy cross Build-Depends unless marked
Multi-Arch: foreign. In this case, such a marking is correct, because
libmgl-data lacks maintainer scripts and dependencies. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
