Bug#912653: benchmark: debian/copyright refers to Apache-2.0 as GPL 2+

Source: benchmark
Version: 1.4.1-2
Severity: minor

Hello fellow copy-pasters,

The debian/copyright file of benchmark says at the end:
| License: Apache-2.0
| On Debian systems, the complete text of the GNU General
| Public License version 2 can be found in "/usr/share/common-licenses/Apache-2.0"

I would suggest changing this to:
| License: Apache-2.0
| On Debian systems, the full text of the Apache 2.0 License
| can be found in the file `/usr/share/common-licenses/Apache-2.0'.

Rational: I was about to copy-paste this for an embedded copy, but then
I noticed that I might not be the only one who copies stanzas… ;)

This is also the reason why I opted for 'full' instead of 'complete'… the
example GPL-2+ stanzas in the format spec uses these terms.

Best regards

David Kalnischkies
