Bug#914498: libocct-doc: Using search form attempts to download search.php instead of searching

Dear Maintainer,

When accessing the HTML documentation, there is a search form in the
top-right of the page. Attempting to use this search form results in a
download prompt for the file "search.php" instead of executing a search
of the documentation.
