Bug#911523: kbibtex: Translations not included in the binary package

Dear Maintainer,

the kbibtex binary package does not contain the translations
for both the program and the documentation.
While the kbibtex git snapshots of the source code used previously
did not contain those translations files, the proper upstream
tarballs available since the first release of 0.8(.0)
ships all the translations. Please include them
in the package (probably kbibtex-data).
