Did you notice https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=875086#21
where I say "I'm reopening because paraview-dev still depends on qt4-dev-tools."
Please have a look at debian/control of paraview. :)

I failed to mention that I also looked at a7aaa49 through salsa, and
I believe Gert forgot to remove "Depends: qt4-dev-tools" in that commit.
