Bug#909407: pybind11 breaks dolfin autopkgtest

The autopkgtest of dolfin 2018.1.0.post1-11 passes in unstable, but
fails to run in testing. I'll trigger a run with both pybind11 and
dolfin from unstable, but this very much suggests that dolfin should at
least go a versioned depends on pybind11.
