* What led up to the situation?
When importing numba, the following warning appears

Insufficiently recent colorama version found. Numba requires colorama >=
0.3.9
warnings.warn(msg)
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Installing a newer version of colorama (e.g. via pip3) solves the issue.
* What was the outcome of this action?
See previous answer.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Debian should either provide an more recent version of python3-colorama
or fix the dependencies of python3-numba.
