The segfault is also triggered by order_io.c l.292, still segfaulting in
./test_scotch_graph_order data/bump_b1.grf

bump_b1.grf seems to be causing problems, see also Bug#932777.
I'll work around by skipping the failing bump_b1.grf tests (patch
skip_failing_tests.patch), until upstream addresses
