Confusion regarding the upcoming removal of libqglviewer

Hello, maintainers of libqglviewer.

I maintain a package (src:gudhi) that build-depends on
libqglviewer-dev-qt5 and for which one of the binaries depends on
libqglviewer2-qt5. I am now getting a warning that libqglviewer is to be
removed from the archives due to #875036. That bug, however, references
Qt 4 support, and my package uses the Qt 5 part of the library.

It this a false alarm, or am I missing something? Could you help me
clarify the status of libqglviewer-dev-qt5 and libqglviewer2-qt5?
