Bug#920971: freecad: C++ exception on DXF import

Hello Wookey & Bernhard,

Thanks for the bug report & investigation, respectively. I can also
reproduce this bug  in the just-uploaded-to-NEW freecad 0.18~pre1 as
well. It may be a bug in OpenCASCADE, but it may also be a bug in the
way we handle the exception, which we have to do sometimes. I will
create a bug in the FreeCAD tracker and do the necessaries for this bug
w.r.t. that.
