Hi,

I've build caffe with latest doxygen and can not confirm the result you
wrote.  The Build-Depends: doxygen-latex ensures that the style file
`listofitems.sty' is available.  I rather get a different error:

So yes, caffe is broken by doxygen but as far as I can see this is since
doxygen is breaking *lots* of other packages and it is always in the
same manner.  Thus I'm reassigning this bug to doxygen.
