Bug#728479: ipe: buffer overflow! I cannot complete snapping examples 2, 3, and 6

I have just tested all the examples again, and I can confirm that
ipe/7.2.9-1 works without crashing (at least in those cases).

However, I must say that I lost interest in the package, while waiting
for this bug to be fixed. As a consequence, I have now purged it.
