Bug#885742: linsmith: GTK+ 3 / GooCanvas port may be available upstream

linsmith is now the last package keeping several libgnome libraries in
Debian Unstable. [1]

We'd like to remove those libraries soon, but I am willing to wait a
bit longer for someone to port linsmith to gtk3.

Note that the Debian Release Team requires your package to reach
Testing by February 12 to be included in the Buster release. [2]
