Bug#918937: form.desktop is an empty file (at least in amd64)

Dear Maintainer,

Being curious about the reason of following log messages:

Jan 10 18:56:27 hp-dark tracker-miner-a[2091]: Couldn't properly parse desktop
file 'file:///usr/share/applications/form.desktop': 'Desktop file doesn't
contain type'
Jan 10 18:56:27 hp-dark tracker-miner-a[2091]: Could not process
'file:///usr/share/applications/form.desktop': File is not a key file

I found that the form.desktop provided is an empty file, at least for amd64:
