Bug#920798: [opencascade] /usr/lib/cmake/occt should be /usr/lib/cmake/opencascade

To properly use newest cmake when building apps on top of opencascade
the module opencascade cmake should be in a /usr/lib/cmake/opencascade 
directory instead of /usr/lib/cmake/occt.

Could you at least provide /usr/lib/cmake/opencascade as a link to
/usr/lib/cmake/occt to avoid troubles?
