Bug#933234: python3-memory-profiler: recommend python3-matplotlib for python3-mprof plot

Package: python3-memory-profiler
Version: 0.52-1
Severity: normal

On a system without python3-matplotlib I get:

# python3-mprof plot
matplotlib is needed for plotting.
No module named 'pylab'

I would propose to add python3-matplotlib to the Recommends section as
other subcommands of python3-mprof do work.

(I guess this should be the same for python-memory-profiler, but Python
2 is EOL..)
