autopkgtest for pygalmesh is failing

Hi,

autopkgtest for pygalmesh is failing with the upload of cgal 4.14-3:
https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=cgal

The reason seems to be that cgal bumped the SO version for the image I/O library
and your package still uses the old one (13 instead of 14). Is a binNMU
sufficient, or are changes to the sources necessary?

I was not aware that there is now a package in Debian using the image I/O
support library. The other packages only use the main library, the core NT
support library, or the Qt support library ...
