Bug#923037: Acknowledgement (Please package new upstream version 2.5.x, or from git)

I needed to use a newer version of this library myself.  I didn't have
time to do a proper update but I did manage to produce a thing that
builds.  It is Really Not Very Good.

But I thought I would share the horrible thing I did anyway.  It can
be found here:

It's in the branch `glerk'.  That is on top of the result of `dgit
clone' followed by `git-debrebase convert-from-dgit-view' followed by
`git-debrebase new-upstream'.
