Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

0m32.6s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libharp.so -> libharp.so.6.1.0 (libharp-dev:amd64)

You probably want to target libharp.so.9 instead, but please
try not to create the link manually in the packaging, but take
the one created by the upstream build system (s.t. you don't
have to adjust the link in the packaging if the soname changes).
