Hi,
thanks for the bug report. Please do a aptitude full-upgrade, just looking at a few of the versions of your python packages revealed outdated packages. I can't reproduce this and we can't track every singled versioned dependency of sagemath. It has too many dependencies for that. The only supported scenario is that your packages are up-to-date from unstable or testing.
If we find out which package caused this, we could maybe add a versioned dependency for this case in the future.
