Bug#925977: [opencascade] update to 7.3.0p3 version

Could you please update opencascade using the latest branch from
opencascade git repository
that provides patches for Salome. I mean mostly

7.3.0p2 and 7.3.0p3

Including patches seperatly from the 2 branches would be great.

There's a lot of warning/error from dpkg-source when I've tried

BTW do you how to use
debian/source/options
# ignore changes on  .png .bmp
extend-diff-ignore = "(^|/)(.png|.bmp)$"
