Bug#944324: python-paraview has to be renamed to python3-paraview

Thanks for converting the package to Python3, however the python-paraview has to 
be renamed to python3-paraview, according to our Python policy.  Please also 
change the shebang for the autopkg test when doing that.

Also the package renaming now needs appropriate Breaks/Replaces.
