Package: libopenblas0-openmp
Version: 0.3.7+ds-4
Severity: serious

Dear Debian Science Team,

when trying to exchange libopenblas0-openmp for libopenblas0-pthread,
I get the following error from a self compiled program:

  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libblas.so.3: undefined symbol:  GOMP_parallel

The library is actually /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openblas-openmp/libblas.so.3.
Although this package depends on libgomp1, it seems to me that the
library /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openblas-openmp/libblas.so.3 is not
linked against /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgomp.so.1.0.0:

$ ldd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openblas-openmp/libblas.so.3
	linux-vdso.so.1 (0x00007ffccf5e5000)
	libm.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6 (0x00007f671fe5d000)
	libpthread.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0 (0x00007f671fe3c000)
	libc.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0x00007f671fc7c000)
	/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007f6721a27000)

Any idea?

Regards,
Jörg.
