liggghts does not support DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck, that is it'll run
the its testsuite regardless of that option. During cross compilation,
this will result in a hard failure. Please consider applying the
attached patch to support DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck properly.
