Bug#943663: pyviennacl: should this package be removed?

Hello,
this package has 2 RC bugs un-addressed since more 3 and 4 years respectively!
Due to this, it is not in stable. There were only ever been 2 uploads of this
package, 5 years ago.  should we just remove it from debian?

if i dont hear back within a week with a good reason to keep this package, i'll
file for it's removal (it also has no rdeps)
