Bug#939562: libopencv-highgui2.4-deb0 missing in Buster

Version: 2.4.9.1

As you can see, this package exists in Debian Stretch (oldstable) and Debian SID (unstable), but is not present in Debian Buster (stable).

I have upgraded some computers from Stretch to Buster, but i was forced to install this package and its dependencies from stretch.
It's possible to move it in buster or buster-backports too?
