libdune-functions-dev depends (and exposes) libdune-grid-dev, which is
architecture dependent. Yet it is marked Multi-Arch: foreign. This is
wrong. You must either remove the libdune-grid-dev dependency or
(failing that) remove the Multi-Arch: foreign marking. It seems likely
that removing the libdune-grid-dev dependency is also wrong. The other
option makes libdune-functions-dev unusable for cross compilation unless
it is also converted to Architecture: any. So very likely,
libdune-functions-dev should become an Architecture: any + Multi-Arch:
same package. Please close this bug if you either remove the
libdune-grid-dev dependency or the Multi-Arch: foreign marking.
