Bug#939683: rheolef: library has invalid mpi default path: fails to compile some examples

Dear Maintainer, 

The "mpi.h" header has been moved from /usr/include/openmpi/ to another location. 
The configuration file of the Rheolef library has not been updated yet: 
thus applications do not compile cleanly. 
Example: 
cp -a /usr/share/doc/rheolef-doc/examples . 
cd example 
make dirichlet 
fatal error: mpi.h: No such file or directory 

This issue concerns the following Debian versions: sid, bullseye, buster. 

I have patched the debianization files of the Rheolef package. 
The patch solves this issue and will transmit it to the maintainers via git 
for uploading in Debian. 
The upstream version will be unchanged (7.0).
