Orphaning some Debian-Science packages

Dear all,

thanks all who adopted some packages in the Debian Science Team!
Nevertheless we have still some packages without  an active uploader.

- sfepy
- python-bayespy
- palabos
- nexus
- freemat
- freefem3d
- arpack++

If somebody has an interest to be a maintainer of the listed packages,
please let me know. Otherwise they will be orphaned within the next
week.
