Bug#941172: /usr/bin/symphony: please compile symphony with USE_GLPMPL

Hi.

First of all, thank you for packaging mathematical programming software in
Debian.  It is highly appreciated, especially if we want to get rid of
proprietary software in academia.

Unfortunately, though, I tried to use an AMPL file that GLPK is able to use
without problems (example stolen from wikipedia), but when I tried to feed
that very same files to symphony, I got the following output:

Since GLPK is installed in my system, I can only assume that the problem is
the one mentioned in the error message above, namely, that some USE_GLPMLP
define wasn't defined.

Could a new version of symphony and related packages be uploaded with this
feature?
