I can reproduce your problem if I combine liblapacke 3.9.0-1 with
libatlas3-base 3.10.3-8 (and assuming that the liblapack.so.3
alternative points to the atlas flavour).

However I cannot reproduce it if I use libatlas3-base 3.10.3-9, which
is the one you are supposed to have installed, according to your bug
report.

So I am a bit confused. Are you sure that the versions of the installed
packages as reported above correspond to the environment in which you
encountered the problem?
