Bug#959167: stray cgit in Vcs-Git

The packages below have cgit in Vcs-Git and a vcswatch error.

Maybe Lintian should check for this (vcs-field-bitrotted?).  However, 
libvmime also has cgit in the address, but its vcswatch reports success.
