ipe-tools fails to build with poppler 0.85, there are multiple issues.

I whipped up a patch and uploaded it to raspbian, A debdiff should appear
soon at https://debdiffs.raspbian.org/main/i/ipe-tools

I notice it looks like at least some of these issues may also have been
fixed upstream. Sadly I only noticed this after I prepared my patch.
